Terms andConditions
Clear expectations for thoughtful digital work. Understand how projects are agreed, delivered and supported when working with SawairaDigital.
Please review these terms together with your quotation, proposal or written service agreement. Ask for clarification before approving work or making payment.
About These Terms
These terms describe the use of sawairadigital.online and the basis on which SawairaDigital offers digital services. “SawairaDigital”, “we” and “our” refer to the personal digital services brand. “You” refers to a website visitor or client.
Browsing the website does not create a paid project. A service engagement begins when the scope and commercial terms have been agreed in writing and any agreed starting requirements have been met.
Project Scope and Agreements
Before work begins, the written agreement should identify the service, deliverables, price and currency, payment schedule, estimated timeline, revision allowance and any ongoing support.
Additional pages, designs, articles, placements, integrations or other requests outside the agreed scope require a separate agreement on cost and timing before the additional work starts.
Specifically agreed project terms take priority over these general terms where they differ, subject to applicable law. No agreement removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Service Specific Conditions
Each service has different deliverables and dependencies. The following conditions apply where relevant to your project.
Web Development
Page count, features, integrations, browser testing, deployment and support must be defined in the scope. Hosting, domains and paid licences are included only when expressly agreed.
Content Writing
Topic, audience, length, research requirements and tone are agreed before drafting. Specialist factual claims should be checked by an appropriately qualified reviewer.
Guest Posting
Placements depend on publisher availability and editorial approval. Publication, link attributes, amendments and removal are subject to the publisher’s policies.
Graphic Design
Concepts, formats and final files follow the agreed brief. Editable source files, font licences and additional adaptations are included only when specified.
Digital Tools
Access, features, usage limits and support follow the description agreed for the selected tool. Review outputs before relying on them for important decisions.
Links Indexing
Deliverables cover the agreed submission or processing activity. Search engines control indexing, timing, retention in the index and search rankings.
Client Responsibilities
To help the project progress smoothly, please provide:
- Accurate briefs, contact details and relevant project information.
- Content, images and other materials you have permission to use.
- Necessary access through secure, appropriately limited accounts.
- Timely approvals and consolidated feedback.
- Confirmation of important business details and claims before publication.
Projects must not involve unlawful material, deception, infringement or unauthorised access. If a concern arises, we will explain it and discuss a suitable way forward. Work may be paused where continuing would be unlawful or unsafe.
Pricing and Payments
The accepted quotation or order confirmation states your project price, currency and payment schedule. Any taxes, transaction charges or third party costs should be disclosed before you approve the purchase.
Public package prices apply to the scope described and remain subject to availability and confirmation. Changes to public prices do not alter an already accepted project price unless both parties agree to a scope change.
If an agreed payment becomes overdue, we will contact you. Work may be paused after reasonable notice while the payment issue is resolved. Any resulting schedule change will be communicated.
Delivery and Revisions
Delivery dates are confirmed for each project. Estimates depend on the agreed scope, receipt of required materials, client feedback and relevant third party approvals.
If a delay becomes likely, we will explain the cause and discuss a revised schedule. Delays do not remove remedies available under applicable law.
Revision rounds and the feedback process are set out in the project agreement. Changes to an approved direction or new requirements may need an additional quotation. Correcting work that fails to meet the agreed scope is separate from requesting additional features or concepts.
Maintenance, updates and ongoing support are included only where agreed. Their absence does not remove responsibility for defects or other obligations imposed by applicable law.
Cancellation and Refunds
Please request a cancellation in writing as soon as possible. Any project specific cancellation conditions must be shared before you approve the work.
Cancellation charges or refunds will be assessed fairly, taking account of the agreement, work properly completed, deliverables supplied and authorised third party commitments, subject to applicable law.
Where work has not been delivered as agreed, we will discuss an appropriate remedy, which may include correction, completion, a price adjustment or a refund as required. These terms do not impose a blanket no refund policy.
Any statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that apply remain available to you.
Ownership and Usage Rights
The project agreement should specify which final deliverables are assigned to you or licensed for your use, and when those rights take effect. Payment alone does not transfer ownership of third party assets.
Existing tools, templates, libraries, fonts, stock assets and other third party components remain subject to their respective ownership and licence terms. Any material restrictions should be identified before delivery.
You retain ownership of materials you provide and authorise their use as needed to complete the project. Drafts, unused concepts and editable files are supplied only where agreed.
Permission will be requested before displaying nonpublic project work in the SawairaDigital portfolio.
Confidentiality and Privacy
Nonpublic project information should be used only for delivering the agreed work and related administration. Access should be limited to people and providers who reasonably need it for those purposes.
Confidential materials should not be submitted to external AI services without an agreed basis for doing so. Any service specific AI workflow can be discussed before work starts.
Personal information is addressed in the Privacy Policy. Separate confidentiality or data processing requirements can be agreed where necessary.
Third Party Platforms and Providers
Projects may involve hosting providers, domain registrars, publishers, software platforms or other external services. Their terms, fees and operational decisions may affect the project.
We cannot control independent platform changes, outages, publisher decisions or search engine policies. We remain responsible for performing our own agreed work with reasonable care and communicating relevant issues.
Replacement placements, renewals, paid subscriptions and recovery work are governed by the project agreement and applicable rights. They are not automatically included.
Service Standards and Legal Rights
Services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with the agreed scope. Examples shown in the portfolio illustrate work and do not promise an identical commercial outcome for every client.
Responsibility for loss or damage will be determined by applicable law and the circumstances. These terms do not exclude responsibility for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory consumer rights or other protections available under applicable law.
Resolving Questions and Concerns
If you have a concern, email your project details, the issue and your preferred resolution. We will review the matter and discuss a practical next step.
Both parties are encouraged to try to resolve concerns through clear written communication. This does not prevent either party from using legal remedies or contacting an appropriate authority.
Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the relevant legal rules and any valid project agreement. These terms do not require you to give up mandatory local protections.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in services, processes or legal requirements. The date above identifies the current published version.
Updated website terms do not automatically change an existing project agreement. Material changes to an active engagement will be discussed and agreed where required.
